We appreciate your interest in the 35th Annual Frog Leg Festival, Inc.

January 21-24, 2027

Fellsmere City Hall (Old School Complex)
22 S. Orange Street
Fellsmere, FL  32948

Thursday  4 pm – 11 pm     
All cars, vehicles, trailers, and equipment must leave vendor area by 2:00 pm. Finish setup by 3:00 pm; can close at 9:00 pm.

Friday  4 pm – 11 pm     
Be set up and ready by 3:00 pm; can close at 9:00 pm.

Saturday  10 am – 11 pm   
Be set up and ready by 9:00 am; can close at 9:00 pm.

Sunday  11 am – 6 pm     
Be set up and ready by 10:00 am; breakdown can start at 6:00 pm but vehicles cannot enter the grounds until the Vendor Chair gives the go-ahead.

Exhibitor Application

Completed contract and photos of work and booth set up must be received before approval is granted. Once approved, you will receive an approval email.
